Refund Policy

Credits are instantly delivered digital goods. Once a recharge succeeds and credits are added to your account, they are considered delivered and are generally non-refundable.

If a tool call fails due to a technical issue on our side or a provider’s side and produces no valid result, the credits spent on that call are automatically returned to your account. This is a credit return, not a monetary refund.

In case of anomalies such as duplicate charges or system errors, keep your transaction records and contact us at the email below; we will review and handle them reasonably.
